Terms of Service for hiring Coach Super Mike

1. 1. For Monthly coaching:
      • Price is locked into perpetuity so long as you are a coaching client continuously with no break of payment/service.  Whenever price increases are in effect, you’ll only continue to pay the original monthly amount for services that you were quoted when you initially signed up with Coach Super Mike. This is our thanks to you for being a loyal and valued client!
      • Monthly subscription: This agreement is month to month.  Your credit card will be billed $1,000 today for the current month’s services.  Then, your credit card will automatically be billed on the 20th of the month for the following month’s service. All credit billing must be done reoccurring. Yearly subscription: This agreement is yearly and your credit card will be billed up front for 1 full year of service at a reduced rate of $11,000, a savings of $1,000 for the year. After 11 months, the system will notify you and you can decide if you’d like to renew for another year or opt for the month to month service. No cancellations are permitted whatsoever with the yearly subscription.
      • Each month you will receive a link to book the following month’s 3 coaching sessions.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you utilize that link and book your 3 dates.  Not booking your dates does not constitute your service ending.
      • ONLY with the Monthly Subscription, cancellations are permitted with 30 day written notice by email to mike@coachsupermike.com.  If this option is exercised, coaching will commence for 1 full month after the 30 days notice is given with full payment for that month being made.
      • I agree to respond to “Coach Super Mike” emails within 24 hours and agree to implement the strategies for success that I learn in a timely fashion. 
      • I agree that I will never cancel my coaching conference call with “Coach Super Mike” unless for reasons of health and emergencies. I agree to never cancel our scheduled conference calls due to closings, client appointments or any other appointment that could be properly scheduled.
      • There is a limit of only 1 (one) coaching client to be on a video conference per month per payment.  Each additional person requires an additional subscription payment. 
      • All video-coaching sessions are to be scheduled through the www.CoachSuperMike.com website. 
      • Any in-person coaching sessions are subject to availability.
   2. Acquisition or Selling a Business:
      • When you hire Coach Super Mike for this service, the fee paid to Coach Super Mike is for the specific services listed, regardless if a closing or sale occurs. Coach Super Mike is not responsible if you do not come to terms with your buyer/seller and actually close.
   3.   For All Services Which Require “Coach Super Mike” in person:
      • Client to coordinate with “Coach Super Mike” Michael Minervini and/or staff for arrival and departure dates of flight. Michael Minervini may choose to stay at your destination for a longer period of time beyond the date(s) of your event. Michael Minervini will pay for any hotel stay beyond the dates of the your event.
   4.  General:
      • All services are non-refundable.
      • All services are non-transferable.
      • Indemnification- All clients shall indemnify and hold harmless Coach Super Mike, Coach Super Mike, LLC and/or Michael Minervini harmless from and against all actions, claims, allegations, lawsuits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorney fees and costs) which arise out of, relate to or are the result of: the omission of information, guidance or advice provided, information provided by Coach Super Mike, Coach Super Mike, LLC and/or Michael Minervini.  Client agrees to review any/all advice, guidance, ideas or thoughts with their attorney, Board of Realtors, Real Estate Commission or property authority prior to implementation.
      • Affiliated relationships with BombBomb, Chime, other vendors, etc.-   “Coach Super Mike” Michael Minervini from time to time may recommend excellent vendors and companies to you as a coaching client.  This is a full disclosure for transparency that “Coach Super Mike” Michael Minervini may be compensated for such referrals in the form of gifts, payment, complimentary services, etc. 
      • In the event that the agent/client chooses to allow another person (vendor, lender, partner, affiliate, attorney, title representative, home inspector or any other person or professional) to pay for any part of their coaching services through “Coach Super Mike”, it is the sole responsibility of the agent/coaching client to ensure RESPA compliance.
